Repurposing existing uses to higher density, better value, and/or creating an upside for partners and investors is key in correctly managing assets.  This recent usage flip was from condominium to market rental, and then subsequently redeveloped by others back to condo, earning each partner along the way an increase in the value of the land and development; a remarkable double flip.
